By purchasing a membership at Stoyestown Gym, you AGREE to our terms below.
ZERO TOLERANCE RULES
If you do any of the following, you are directly disrespecting the management and members of this gym, and you will be confronted and fined $50 for each occurrence.
1. Do not enter the gym without a valid membership, or day pass.
2. Do not bring guests without buying a day pass for them.
3. Do not let anyone else use your membership.
4. Do not enter the gym on a wet day without a change of shoes.
5. Do not steal.
Although this is a gym, and it is a business, it will always be prioritized over each of those, as a Fair & Just Community.
Before you enter the gym, it is critical that you read and understand all of our NEED-TO-KNOW'S.
You are 100% responsible for knowing them, and 100% liable for all costs associated with not knowing them.
Just as it is in the real world, ignorance is no excuse for the law here.
NEED-TO-KNOW'S
ENTRY:
Once you've purchased a membership in the webshop, your membership is active.
DO THIS EVERY TIME you visit the gym:
1. Open GYM ACCESS in the app.
2. Hold phone in front of scanner until you hear a beep.
3. Check the screen for membership status.
4. Once the door clicks, just pull the door open without turning the handle.
5. If you bring a guest, sign them in and pay at the office door inside the gym. It is $5 per guest per day, $10 for both gym and tan.
NEVER DO THIS:
- Enter with someone else, without scanning.
- Enter with someone else without checking your membership status.
Light switches are right inside the door to your right if you need light.
Alexa is above the tanning room if you need sound. Turn them both off when you leave an empty gym at night.
Bring a change of shoes or keep a change of shoes at the gym, for wet days. I charge people $50 if I can follow their foot prints to them.
All foods and drinks at the fridge are one dollar with the exception of “top shelf” drinks which are noted on the fridge door. It is honor system. Take what you want and pay with the options provided at the fridge. Theft is confronted publicly.
Please clean up after yourself in every way that leaves the space better than you found it. If we all do that, we will have an increasingly nice gym.
Be respectful to other members.
TANNING:
Tanning is not included in gym membership unless you purchase it.
The tanning room is in the center left of the gym, beside the fridge.
IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BED, TO UNDERSTAND THE TIMER.

CANCELLATIONS:
1.) Open the app.
2.) Select “Account Activity”.
3.) Select the membership you want to change.
4.) Select "Cancel"
NOTE: Refunds are not given if you forget to cancel your membership.
ENTRY ISSUES:
If you are having trouble getting in, you likely have an expired membership or outstanding invoices.
Expired Membership
1. Go to the webshop in the app, and purchase a membership.
Outstanding Invoices
If you cannot complete these tasks, text Wesley at 8144428801 for help - You will be charged $5 for this if your issues are a result of neglect.

Go to your email address associated with your account.

Search for Stoyestown Gym Invoices.

Open and follow links to pay all invoices.

Next, cancel your current membership. (Once your membership goes outstanding, it cannot be recovered.)

2. Go to account activity

3. Select the outstanding membership, and cancel it.

Purchase a new mebership.

Go to the webshop in the app, and purchase a membership.
